Attention Auction Enthusiasts!
North Fork Auction is jumping right into spring with a large 2-day Estate Auction in Montrose for Bill and June Ogburn. Some of you may remember them when they owned the 7X Ranch on Leroux Creek. They moved from there to Spring Creek and to their final home on Otter Pond in Montrose, where the auction is being held.
We will be auctioning the entire household + car, making this not only our largest auction to date, but one of the nicest. Miscellaneous household items will sell Friday. Antiques/collectibles and the ’09 Toyota Venza (15,150 miles!) will sell Saturday. Bidding begins at 10am, preview at 8:30am. “The Ice Box” will be parked at the curb with lunch and snack items. Look for 2007 Otter Pond, Montrose.
